When bought this wine 2 years ago, I really loved it. Now after cellaring, the wine lost its charme. Ripe (overripe) fruit is left. Pear, pine apple. Similar taste. Where is this charming acidity? Where is the pleasing minerality? Yes, still there but not that exciting as before. Too ripe...
