Enjoyed this wine with a lovely quail dish. Considering its age, this wine was very nice and was enjoyed by all. It had all the characteristics of a mature Burgundy - balanced, red fruit, a good mid palate and a nice finish. If you have this wine, I suggest that you enjoy them sooner rather than later.
