Kraemer Ökologischer Weinbau Silvaner Alte Reben

Short Note: great low intervention wine! There is nothing particularly funky about this. It‘s clean, whilst unfiltered, precise and mouthcoating. What sticks out is the phenolic grip! It adds so much texture and tension. The finish is very long.
