Pop and pour. tasted with food (burger and roasted potatoes, in case you were wondering) and then on its own about three hours later. Light golden hue. Nose offers light tropical fruits. In the mouth, crisp intro with good acidity opening to a melange of tropical fruits. Has a slight creamy side to it, like an oragne creamsicle. 1/2 hour decant; light gold in color with medium/fast legs. Wonderful aroma of tangerine. Flavors that bounce off the tongue of citrus and lemongrass. A very nice, lighter bodied Chardonnay, without losing complexity. Amazing finish. Impressive !

Delicious, with tart citrus fruit and a nice touch of richness. Everything’s in balance.

Lightly colored and aromas of grapefruit and lychee nut. Based on that initial impression I would have guessed Sauvignon Blanc. Palate is limey chalk.
