A private dinner (Restaurant Zum Krug, Hattenheim, Germany) : Fresh and juicy, completely primary, subtle spice from the oak, citrus and peach and cherry, mild skin bitters, light to medium body, transparent and precise, ripe blackcurrant leaf, light but long finish. Drinking well, time in hand.
