Had a taste with coravin. Not sure about this wine. Very good ripe fruit upfront, blackberry, black cherry, cassis. This is followed by licorice and clove. What I don’t like much is the intense black pepper finish. I will try to match it with food that will soften this peppery tatse...

Straight up delicious and incredible QPR. Cherries, clove, licorice, and also some woodsy elements. Smooth tannins and a long peppery finish. Going back for more! Have a feeling after another bottle or two I may up my rating. 10/19/18. Not quite as blown away as first bottle but still excellent. Interesting to see what next bottle does. 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Carignan: beautiful deep ruby color, with notes of ripe cherries, licorice, cedar and spices. Elegant, with medium body, balance, some minerality, medium to low acidity and very smooth tannins. Nice.
