Simply spectacular. Beeswax, orange zest, quince, white pepper and hints wild flowers. A mouthful of spices, quince, peppery notes held together with a silky tannic backbone and a lot of minerality, certainly reminiscent of the chalky soils of Rioja Alavesa. A lot of texture, and so much length. This is a meditation wine that stops even the most animated discussions.
