Spatlese levels of sweetness here, but with lower acidity than many of my favorite germans. Very good as an aperitif or parate cleanser, but the sweetness is a little too low for use with many desserts and the acidity is a little too low to balance it with savoury food. Very very tasty though! Lush, tropical fruit. Honeyed notes as well, with the first signs of maturity showing.
