This pale yellow/green wine is a blend of 83% Sauvignon Blanc and 17% Sauvignon Musqu� that was fermented in a combination of stainless steel (93%) and neutral oak puncheons (7%). Bottled approximately three months after the harvest, it is a light-bodied, crisply acidic white that offers a nice combination of citrus, melon, kiwi, lemongrass and ginger on both the nose and palate.
