Château de Peyrassol Mediterranée La Croix Rosé

**+ Simple, but very nice. Light, good length, with gentle notes of fruits. Refreshing in hot weather.

I was a little disappointed with this, it was quite acidic and mildly flavored. Probably best with food, rather than sipping as an aperitif.

Rosé on a scorching hot day...Offers up gooseberry, strawberry, mushroom, jasmine and minerality. Attractive and elegant, with red berries on the palate.

Enjoyed by all. Nice value at ~$14. (It took me a while to warm up to it and that's likely because it needed to warm up a bit.)

Pale pink in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of strawberries, cherries & some citrus notes with overtones of floral & minerals notes. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, crisp, ripe fruit flavors of strawberries, citrus & cranberries with minerals. Lingering dry & crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present. Very good QPR.

A touch darker in hue than your typical Provence rose. On the palate this is pleasant, stylistically correct, but not particularly complex. A simple, tasty, patio sipper.

Nice rosé with focus on peach, medium intense acidity and a bitter touch during the aftertaste.

Fresh, pleasant.
