I guess when I buy Cava I'm expecting something musky and frothy, maybe hoping for a little bit of finesse and character. Casual bubbles. This bottle just barely delivered even the musk and froth. What it had no problem delivering was alcohol - all of its 11% on full show, with burn on the finish and swallow. Not my casual bubbles.
