Maison Albert Bichot Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir Domaine Long-Depaquit

Nice enough with oysters but still lacking the perfume, depth and persistence one might hope for from this grand cru. A Bichot Montée de Tonnerre and same vintage that was opened six months ago was at least as impressive. Both bottles purchased at the estate. Maybe this is in a dumb(ish) phase?

Nose:mineral on top layer with lots of fruits underneath.honey,slight green notes,lemon,seashell n open nose but nt as much as vaillons 2015. palate:body slightly fat.juicy fruits.difficult vintage but yet able to show better fruits than vaillons 2015.oak seems to b more pronunce than vaillons 2015.gd acidity.pineapple n ripe pineapple.rich n concentrate fruit with mineral finishing.vaillon 2015 more intense mineral finishing.white nectarine fruit conclusion:though vaillons n this bttl share similar pts,but I still favour vaillons 2015.this bttl seems to lack elegance,opulent n …
