Another fascinating and beguiling bottling. The last one was all about incense, and this one is all about smoke. Smoke and ash on the nose lead into a rich palate of rich berry with toasty notes, backed by excellent acidity. The grippy finish is redolent of smokey dark red fruit and milk chocolate. Leaves an unctuous mouthfeel. There is a ton of complexity and layering here.
