Light and pure. Decent fruit flavour gracefully woven in, rather unripe peach and honeymelon, pomelo, with present minerality and good acidity. Nicely structured. Very subtle and delicate wine, that probably best be enjoyed by itself

need to drink at least 7 Celsius nose: after 10-15 minutes the bottle has opened his potential. nice fruits, some exotic / tropical touch (more ripe fruits than citrus fruits). also spicy components palate: very fresh (perfect for an apero) and nice balanced in the structure. well balanced body. goof depth and density (i like) with a medium final. looking forward for the next 2 bottles and would recommend it. good value for the money
