Wine was clear, medium, straw colored. Light, developing fruity nose. Dry in taste, and some bitterness in the short finish. Paired it to schnitzel (veal), which was an OK combination, will try again with a Chenin Blanc, but another or other year.

Probably tasted too late. But for that quite ok. On the nose first apple, then extreme pinapple. Oak as good as nonpresent.

By the glass at the BA lounge from a fresh bottle. The nose is a bit neutral, lig with light grassy feel pointing to a Sauvignon Blanc, but the palate is full on China's, rich and ripe, ripe Apple, light waxy, lightly oaked we feel. Citrus finish. Young and still not fully together and lacked a bit of depth. A decent wine nonetheless. 88
