Comes in with delicious dark red fruit, some leather and tobacco, explodes in the mouth and leaves with a long savory finish and discernible finely grained tannins. Nothing old about this wine!

2.5 years since last bottle and this wine has really come together. Typical WA profile of red and black fruits, accented by baking spices and cocoa. Well integrated tannins. Probably won't get much better from here, but should be at peak for at least another year.

Tasted from 375ml over two days. On the nose, rubbing alcohol is all that I got. Fortunately, a bit better on the palate. Round and soft with some , cherry, cedar and sweetness on the attack, not great but not bad. Unfortunately, the mid-palate dropped off considerably and left a finish of some fine tannins and some simple, sweet fruit. Decent, but unremarkable wine.

Had this from a half bottle at a restaurant. Great nose with bell peppers and a nice amount of fruit. Sweet on the front end, with a nice medium length finish. Unfortunately, this could not stand up to anything heavier than bread. This wine was completely overwhelmed by duck.

Good cab color - dark ruby, not purple. An appealing nose presents sweet fruits with a bit of oak; on the palate, good dark fruits (dark cherry) with some vanilla oak showing. Decent wine.

Decanted, but poured a glass immediately. Light ruby in color. Nose is really closed...bummer! Just getting a hint of leather and some cherry fruit, but very, very muted. Somewhat elegant in the mouth, although surprisingly thin and lacking that full Cabernet body. Jammy cherry fruit, a hint of leather on the tongue.
