Much better than previous bottle - good richness & complex minerality balanced by a nice level of acidity. A good food wine. Paired well with lemon & ricotta ravioli w/ gourmet spiced pork sausages

Apple predominates initially with minerality at the end. Pale color. Think this was my last bottle and upset I don't have more. Drinking very nicely right now.

Pale straw - very light. Lemon custard, pink grapefruit nose. Great combination of citrus flavors, red apple, flint, mineral. Long finish. Oak is very restrained (which my palate appreciates). Super value at $21.50 USD. Regret not getting more...
