A blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%), aged for 36 months in the bottles before disgorging. Luminous, pale neon green color. Somewhat sweet and a bit restrained nose with ripe aromas of lemon marmalade, some tropical fruits and hints of autolytic toast. Moderately full-bodied with very fine and soft mousse and gentle, balanced acidity.
