Deux Montille Meursault Les Casse-Têtes

Absolutely beautiful wine still, medium gold tone, slight butterscotch/honey, minerality, balanced acid.

A good, properly ready to drink Mersault with most characteristics of the village and, indeed, very pleasurable. Drink it now - I believe that even with good storage conditions, the wine will no longer improve and is likely to start loosing its character. For now, though, this is a light yellow wine with rich but relatively low acidity body, bright perfume with slightly less than expected of roasted peanuts and honey and entirely pleasant fulfilling aftertaste. Pale yellow color with a nose of subtle citrus and stone. Honey, orange, green apple, lots of minerality and healthy dose of acidity. Medium finish.

Great balance, nice grip acidity and developed flavors. Beatiful on the nose. Medium plus finish

From cask: Quite closed, fatty, white flower nose. Mid weight, quite sturdy, but good on the finish. 3
