La Combe des Oliviers Corbières

Dark red with burgundy rim and few legs. Red fruit on the nose with alcohol on the pop. Palate is predominantly blackberry. Enjoyable after it opened up, though nothing remarkable.

dark colour, long legs, shining. nose: dark fruits, heavy, alcohol some toasted notes, after opening fresh and fruity - cherries. taste: at the beggining quite masive, blackberries,mid accidity, some tannins in the finish, a little bit heavy but after cooling a few dergrees - becoming very fresh and nice. Had that bottle to rabbit in mustard sauce - very pleasant match.
