I really like these Caparra wines, very traditional and straightforward, they taste the way they're supposed to taste. This bianco is very dry, with brisk acidity and flavors of lemon and herbs. Actually makes me think more of a mid-level, very dry Saumur blanc rather than any other Italian white.
