Surprisingly, this is still providing decent quaffing pleasure if you're after a lighter-styled, savoury wine.

As before. Very little fruit, but quite enjoyable as a very savoury wine. Reminds me of Parma ham.

Quite a light, perhaps diluted, colour. A green note on the nose. Pronounced green pepper on the palate (perhaps cabernet franc dominating at this stage?) and low intensity. Red fruits on the finish. This is past its prime but still reasonably enjoyable if you like old wine.

Smokey with decent fruit, for the age. Must have been very good in its prime.
