Passionate Wine Sauvignon Blanc Montesco Agua de Roca

Fair. Sweet.

Color dorado y bastante turbio, coincidente con sus años. Buena nariz con notas cítricas, ruda, arvejas y pasto recién cortado. En boca tiene una acidez demasiado marcada, al punto que molesta y termina siendo un vino desequilibrado y muy difícil de tomar. No me terminó de convencer, aunque creo que no engaña: "agua de roca" define bastante bien lo que hay adentro de la botella.

tldr: tastes like a NZ sauv blanc. high acid; grassy/vegetal, tart trop fruits; austere+; a lot going on, but me thinks this wine will be outside some people's preferences. color: pale amber, was quite surprised by how dark. nose: kiwi; mineral+saline; cream oak. acid: high body. medium palate: green apple, lemon grass, grapefruit - very tart; jalapeno and green bell pepper; some oak to soften the edges but i couldn't discern what exactly; med finish. alcohol: 12.5%

Minerally and acidic.

I dissent from the professional reviewers on this one. The wine was as sour as a lime and had no fleshy weight at all. There was a hint of aromatic interest from a jalapeño note. But I found nothing about this wine enjoyable. It didn't even pair well with food due to the thinness and extreme acidity.
