Domaine Serguier Ch�teauneuf-du-Pape

Decanted straight out of the wine fridge and left to breath for 1 hour before drinking, was still slightly below room temp. Nose is dark cherry, spice and a hint of earth and leather. Palate has blueberry, black currant and a hint of violet. tannins are surprisingly finely grained and polished for being a youngster. I can see this developing into the 90s with a few years of age.
