Very interesting nose of apricot, grapefruit, chalk, pear, and some grassy/green notes. There's quite a bit going on, but without being overwhelming. Good acidity with flavors of nectarine, gooseberries, and minerals on the palate. Long finish. Outstanding.

Golden color. Apples, honey, flowers, and chamomile on the nose. Nice acidity with green apples, citrus, and slightly bitter orange zest flavors on the palate. Long finish. Fantastic wine, but I wouldn’t have guessed Sauvignon Blanc. Needs air. 94+
