The Belgian IPA was brewed using dry American hops, malted barley, and wheat malt. This was fantastic--very light sweet fruity notes mixed with vibrant spicy/herbal hops; I believe it was 7.5%, great balance, complex, not too heavy or sweet. Wonderful--much prefer to the regular Dilirium. 25th Jubilee special edition beer: "brewing activity" occurred as far back as 1654, but only in the '80s did they do a massive restructuring of the brewery and only then start to make strong ales. …
