Bright, fresh, with a pronounced but not unpleasant bitterness. Not especially complex, and yet very enjoyable for what it is, over three nights.

Very similar attributes to the bottle last tasted on 1/1/12. Remains a great QPR at $12/bottle.

Mineral driven with pit fruit and citrus taking the back seat. Some oak treatment but not particularly overdone. Would score it higher but a but fake/chemical on the finish. Better on night two. Natural cork; 13% abv.

Great value for a white burgundy. Crisp, good minerality.

Good chablis, not to crisp or lite, more oak and full bodied. Great value.

Nose: Very mineraly aromas. Very clean. Palate: Solid acidity with prevalent mineral and some subtle lemon attributes. A very well made Macon that was recommended by K&L wines. Also a good QPR at around $12/bottle.

Day 1: opened, drank a little, used a bit for cooking, recorked and returned to fridge. Very nice, great acidity, no notes. Day 2: Went to riesling tasting, came home and drank red. Day 3: Pretty nose of white flowers and lemon zest. Medium bodied with high acidity. Bursting with lemony goodness and anchored by chalky minerality. Nice weight and a bit of leesy richness that shows on the finish. Hard to imagine doing better for this price!

My first taste of a 2010 White Burgundy and I have to say that it was pleasing. Mainly apple and citrus on the nose with a touch of yellow stonefruit and a clean chalky minerality. Medium-bodied with very good acidity. Not terribly complex nor intense, but nicely balanced and great for everyday drinking.
