Sassafras Chardonnay Savagnin Ancestral

Cloudy straw hue, very effervescent. Smells of fresh sliced apples and baked spiced pastry. Substantial on the palate, a fine phenolic beam arches across the tongue now the addition of key lime and cashew nuts plus some lift from the CO2. A little saline note mingles with the acidity and the flavour profile drives home a very good wine. Complex, delicious and very satisfying.
