Domaine Chanson Clos de la Roche

Perfectly mature. Has all sorts of sous bois and decaying plant matter things going on. There's some smoked meat and truffle too. The palate is sweet and fruit flavours honeyed. There are notes of black tea and curry leaf as well. All structural elements are fully resolved and it glides around the mouth in a silky, sensual way.
