Has definitely come of age. Beautiful nose of melon and a hint of hay with a palate that shows good fruit and a waxy character. Finish is lasting. In a really good place right now.

Last bottle of '07, still holding up well. The bottle age has done nothing to reduce the acidity, but the vanilla and oak are more integrated. Lovely mouthfeel.
