medium density ruby magenta colored with trace bricking. nose shows blueberry, stony mineral, brown sugar, chestnut, wet basil, and raspberry. light bodied with medium acidity. nicely balanced. super savory flavors, shows some more raspberry and blueberry. dried plum and spice as well. strongly mineral. fine dusty tannins gained grip with air. flavors here are deep and the savory component is delicious. like crisp chicken skin. much better than last bottle.

Bought the last bottle after tasting at a local wine shop. Easy entry point at $28. One of those vineyard sources where they're not quite sure what they've got in it but suffice to say it's primarily carignane. This is light , almost Pinot like in color. Light on its feet. Enjoyed at L'Express in Montréal. A bit of spritz at first, nothing wrong with that. Actually quite pleasant. Explosive fruit, very akin to the Cru Beaujolais with which I have experience. Classic natural wine funk is definitely there, but it isn't overwhelming. Pure, thirst quenching, and really satisfying.

As always, super delicious, Beaujolais-like, but with an unjustifiable price.

Clear, dark ruby color. Medium viscosity in the glass. Clean aromas, medium intensity, primary and secondary notes of red cherry, plums, garrigue, orange peel and allspice. Dry palate, medium-low tannins, medium+ acid, medium body and alcohol. Flavor profile consistent with the nose. Expressive, soft and silky with a juicy fruit driven finish. Good overall depth and balance. Very nice.

A true field blend of Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Grenache Gris, Macabou, Terret. Full bodied and very grapey, with spice on the finish. Pleasant wine, but a bit pricey.

Smells like an Irish Moss cough lolly. It has a dark fruit profile but is bright and energetic. It is quite chewy in the mouth and has plenty of savoury nuance to the finish.
