Same comment as last August, same place, different day. "We started off the Tapas Day at La Paloma Hong Kong with this Txakolina. Riky, the manager, poured just right to ensure the effervescent effect. It is a fun wine that brings back great memories of trolling the streets of San Sebastien for the world's greatest tapas!!"
