Sakkie Mouton, Revenge of the Crayfish, Western Cape

So impressed with this wine and with Sakkie. I guess he’s already well known in some circles but I only see him rising to fame with his salty, restrained and modern expression. The last wine I had was his Syrah, and the saltiness, maritime aromas and nerve are a clear signature. Pale to medium lemon, clear.
