From a split. Lots of joy, plenty of fruit and a touch of funk. Nice stuff.

A private dinner (Restaurant Le Garage, Amsterdam) : A blend of "vieux cépages", bottled without added sulphur, 13% ABV. Explosive nose like a young Beaujolais, floral and fresh, red cherries and spice, green apple and peach; crisp and fresh on the palate, with supple and juicy fruit and lip-licking acidity, well-judged bitters from the skins, spiced creamy cherries, white peach; complete and layered finish, good length. Detailed and delicious.

Dekantert 2 t. Frisk nese bestående av lyse røde bær, blomster og noe urter. Frisk og lett i munnen, lett syrlig. Lite tanniner. Medium lengde. Ørlite tørrstoffer i avslutningen. Lett å like til grillet kje.

Ganevat with a great match between Gamay & varieties from the Jura region. A lot if red fruit, some green tea and a herbal component. Not the most complex wine but unbelievable drinkable.

Off the charts! Fresh red fruits galore. Beautiful color and an explosive nose. Palate is just fantastic and a perfect wine to end a great day in Beaune.

Pretty red fruit and a bit of meat. Playful, medium to light bodied and fairly short. Fun wine
