Simple, low complexity, and unlike what Jon Rimmerman said about it, it s is nowhere close to a high-end CdP blanc. Served with pork chops au poivre and an apple-leek puree. No one at the table finished their glass.

Displays a medium lemon color. Medium plus aromas of white florals, white pepper, white chunky minerals, and mixed stone fruits. Rounded in the mouth with flavors of ripe white peach, juicy orange melon, poached white pear, spicy white pepper, and chunked white stones. Although the mouthfeel is round, there’s lingering acidity to provide balance and support a medium finish.
