Tench Estate Cabernet Franc Tench Vineyard

A stunning Napa cab franc (even at young age). Big fruit at the beginning, which turns more savory after a few seconds. Has a nice weight (without being too powerful) and a lovely velvet texture. Tannins are there but more on the backend. Flavors of plum and breakfast tea. Finish with some baking spices. Perfect winter wine. Drinking great now, but will definitely age well. Wish I would have bought more.
