Solid wine, fruity, but not a fruit bomb. Perhaps a little too much alcohol burn.

Red fruit and hints of oak and vegetable on the nose. Medium body with medium tannins. A tart peppery finish. Overall, I didn't care for this wine: the initial candied red fruit is followed by a harsh finish, which throws this wine out of balance. I wonder if 3 or 4 years in the cellar would pull it into balance?
