Solid Minervois. More one-dimensional than many other Languedocs. Dark, brooding wine with dark berry flavors. Worked well with chicken puttanesca dinner.

Fading a little from last bottle. Dark berries predominate and overall dark palate. Getting a little out of balance, to my taste. I like the intensity and the fullness of the flavor profile, but there is a lingering after-taste that creeps in unappealingly. Still, a good, somewhat rustic, bottle.

This is exceptionally delicious. Dark and brooding on the nose with a juicy, fresh palate loaded with blackberry and black pepper. There is a spirit/kirsch note on the finish that detracts, but this still manages to be very pleasurable in a more hedonistic mold.

Enjoyed over a couple of nights. D liked it more than I. Good fruit, acid, but seemed to lack something to me. Not integrated? We like Minervois, so I expected more.

Dn2h. Dark red, 6. Heavy spicy beefy bouquet, organic like sweetness behind, later garrigue like C9P stuff emerges. Intense harmonious palate, some tannin, dark over mature fruits. Drink now-2020. Impressive effort but lacks elegance.

I just love this wine and it is in such anice place now with softened tannins and real plushness to the mouthfeel. Sad to see my last bottle. For those who still have suggest you not delay. Much satisfaction to be had right now! I will find this producer this summer and experss my pleasure in person while stocking up from the source

Nice rich balanced wine. Tannins have integrated and dark fruit is still evident. Nice balance.

More ready-to-drink than the Maris Minervois that we also had. Great with the venison dinner.

Consistent with previous note from last summer. Not complex, but well balanced and firm in its identity. Outstanding weeknight QPR.

Midweight drinking quite well still, although wood is starting to win out over some of the fruit. Finish these off within the next 6 to 12 months.

Earthy nose with red fruits and an whiff of petrol. Complex palate of red fruit, raisiny notes, black pepper, and meaty flavors. Acidity leads into oak, minerals, and bark.

Outstanding QPR with great overall texture and balance. Complex nose of flowers and garrigue with a supple, juicy round palate and plenty of candied red fruit and black licorice into the finish. A little heat and some thick tannins on the tail, but otherwise great off the P&P. Serve cool at cellar temp. Drink now -2018.

Boy what a nice bottle of wine. A bottle that falls into that wonderful place of open and pour, have with anything spicy - blackened seared tuna. Always impressive and tastes much better than $20.00. A trifecta. I am most impressed by the terroir - more on a metaphysical plane than the physical, although that is there too. But I what I loved was how true this wine was to my impression of Languedoc. And after is that not what …

Great Rhone blend, made quite unique by the addition of Cinsault to the Syrah, Grenache and Carignan

Silky tannins, medium to full body. Blackberries and blue fruits, floral, raisin, decent length.

Leaner and less fun than other wines I've had from this producer. I don't see this improving.

Complex nose with smoke, earth, oak and meaty hints. Dry dry black fruit, coffee, cacao nibs, minerals. Old oak, strong peppery tannins, dirt, and mint notes
