Fantastic slightly funky natural wine nose, with high pitched cranberry and dry cider aromas. Very light mouth feel, super crunchy mineral laden very acidic finish. Love this wine, and even better than I recall from previous tasting.

Somewhat funky cider-like but very pleasant natural wine nose with cranberries and a good dose of mineral. Very light weight in the mouth with even a slight fizzy textural sensation. Lively refreshing finish. Perfect picnic wine. Very enjoyable.

From memory. Funky and very volatile, disappears in some extent but remains a dominant factor through the whole bottle. Good acidity but lacks som energy. Dark cherries and minerality. Questionable qpr.

Enjoyable, and a great food-friendly wine. Nose of roses and red fruits, and trace of minerality. While not deeply profound, it's not simple either, with bright red fruits, more roses, minerals, and slight "fizz". The fruit and acidity are in good balance. Only issue is that this wine threw big-time sediment, not quite to the same degree as a vintage port, but close. Really? I'm not a Fluerie expert, but I found this a little off putting. Beautiful red fruit. Stem, mint and raspberry boats. Fresh, fussy and vibrant. The red fruit runs the show on the palate together with perfectly balanced acidity, definitely forward but not too aggressive. The palate appears more funky and vin nature than the nose. Medium long aftertaste. Best served around 14 degrees and in a Burgundy glass, around room temperature it becomes a bit harsh. Obviously young, would definitely gain from one or two years in the cellar.

1 - Home (Lausanne) : Strawberries and rose water. The stems immediately meld into the fruit and provide a brambly cranberry note. Superbly balanced wine. Fruit is fresh and very forward. The vintage seems to be more immediately satisfying rather than being built the future. Extremely easy to enjoy, very digestible and certainly worth following for a few years.
