(16,5/20) Fresh, complex wine. Aromatic and energetic, lots of depth. Biodynamically farmed 100% Rolle from the tiny Bellet appellation, just north of Nice. Shortly macerated before pressing, fermented and aged for 1 year in French oak barrels (stirring during the first 5-6 months). Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Medium+ intense aromas of fresh apricot, white grapefruit, pear, lime, blossom, butter, biscuit, burned toast, gunpowder, almond, wet stone, flint. 13% - €33 @ Da Vini Code
