Tasted at the winery whilst on tour with Tim Syrad Wine Tours. 10 months, some French oak and some in concrete. Medium cherry colour. This is the premium pinot noir and has more structure and depth and complexity. Plenty of cherry fruit, leather and smokiness. Good.

New oak and unusual Pyrazine-like greenness on the nose. I’m not sure where the jalapeño-like greenness is coming from, but it provides a modicum of interest to this wine. Traditional Pinot flavors are hard to discern.
