Axel Pauly Riesling Auslese

Last (seventh) glass at a Riesling tasting for Riesling Week in Denmark. Was presented as a Niederberg Helden Auslese, but quite sure this must be it. White peach, honey, tropical fruits and beeswax. A vintage I'm very fond of, but this definitely needs to balance out with some more aging. Quite good acidity but still sweetness dominating at this point which needs to integrate together.
