A field blend of biodynamically farmed Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger, Sylvaner, Riesling, Rotgipfler, Traminer, Weissburgunder, Welschriesling and Zierfandler, all sourced from Ried Ulm in DAC Nußberg vineyards. Fermented spontaneously and aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks (75%) and old large oak casks (25%). 14,5% alcohol, 1 g/l residual sugar, 5,8 g/l acidity. Medium-deep yellow-green color. Pretty nose of stone fruit, lemon, nutmeg, and chalk. Great acidity with meyer lemon, tart nectarines, and minerals on the palate. Good finish. This would go really well with food, or as a sipping summer wine. It's complex, yet fresh and easy to drink.
