Some new world notes on the nose, somewhat tropical. Very dry finish, wonderful SB!

Strong chalk character on the nose with wet plaster. Crystallized lemon, gooseberry, green fruit, slight nettle, spinach, slight honeyed richness, gunpowder and whitepepper. Very dry, medium bodied, crispy and oily rich palate of lean lemony and green fruit. Shows some oxidative almondy roundness. Bready nuances, salt liquorice, pepper notes, vegetality and minerality. Lengthy. This really is my cup of SB!
