In der Nase sehr viel reife Aprikose, etwas Melone, etwas frisch-kräutrig. Dazu deutlich rauchig, etwas Petrol und insgesamt bereits hier sehr kräftig, erinnert vielleicht etwas an Aprikosenbrand. Am Gaumen sehr kräftig, fast etwas alkoholisch. Dazu mit ausgeprägter, deutlich bitterer Lakritz-Note. Immer mal wieder blitzt durchaus Säure hervor. Insgesamt ist das sehr würzig-pfeffrig-pikant. Ausnehmend lang und anhaltend, hier auch mit ausgeprägtem Pfeffer. Allerdings auch sehr alkoholisch warm.

Color: a very intense golden yellow. Nose: Yellow fruits and a hint of burnt wood. The mouth is consistent with the nose. It has an almost oily texture and feels very rich in the mouth. It is still fresh and has probably some years ahead. Interestingly the open bottle evolves after some days in the fridge notes of garbage.

Very good wine. Nose with lots of fruit; apples, orange and plums. Also the trad sauvignon flavours with some honey and straw. Taste nice, fruity, fresh with some oak in the back. Nice aftertaste. Wish I had more of this wine.
