Pale yellow-green in the glass. Medium+ intensity aromas of flint, tart apricot, white peach, and white pepper on the nose. The palate follows the nose, with a supple, slightly creamy texture complementing the medium+ acidity. Herbal, vegetal notes fill out toward the finish and release with a kiss of almond-skin bitterness. Drink now or in the next 2-3 years.
