The wine is a light, glistening yellow color. The very fresh and inviting nose features line, lemon zest, minerals, orange blossoms, lemon grass, and spice. I like Torrontes, I understand the varietal, yes it's an odd ball, not for everyone type of wine. However, this pushes the envelope of "floral". Honestly, think Zest bar soap. Super floral, soapy, cilantro, herbal. The fruit is completely lost. I've had plenty of great, world class Muscat and Gewurzt that can be floral, but this is too much. Follows through on the palate. Acid is good, mouthfeel good, flavor profile: soapy.
