Very good Chabllis typicity. Mineral, steel, but also some depth and fruit. Great value.

Extremely pale yellow-green. Nose of white flowers, mineral, melon, and grass. Tasted very Chablis-like, bright, hard and flinty, with some green notes. Good for an inexpensive Premier Cru.

Color was very pale - not chard like in appearance. Nose: wild flowers & meadow grass, melon, apples, minerals, gravel. Palate: vibrant and lively, racy lemon and citrus fruits, long, terrific balance, nice weight, gravel and minerals are also evident to the taste. Worked beautifully with steamed lobster.
