Wine lunch at Imperial Treasure. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, garnet colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with a bouquet of fragrant undergrowth earth, dried red cherries, and some sweet florals with more air. Developed. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), melted resoled tannins, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of dried red cherries, sour plum, stony minerality, undergrowth earth. Sweet floral nectar and some leather with more air. Medium+ finish.
