Modern with ripe plum and currant. There is a refreshing acidity and some old world sensibility with stone and earth notes. If blind I might have guessed a well made Washington Bordeaux blend.

Impressive on the first night with dark chocolate, espresso bean, and well-integrated tannins. Very ripe and leaning towards a California profile. This fell apart after a day, so not sure it will hold. Drink now.
